Paul was our agent for both the sale of my parents’ home and the purchase of our retirement home. With regard to the sale of my parents’ home, what impressed us the most was Paul‘s patience and integrity and his complete understanding of a difficult situation. After my mother passed, we realized we needed to sell the house and transition my father to an assisted living facility. However, due to the early stages of dementia, my father was very anxious and distrustful.

After he initially refused to sign the sales contract, Paul told my sister that he had been through these situations before and reassured us to never worry about his time. This made us feel much more at ease and helped to reduce the stress of the whole situation. Soon afterward, my father signed the contract and the sale of the house went without a hitch. Paul was also very helpful in recommending an auction house for the sale of the contents.

With regard to the purchase of our retirement home, we were most impressed with his creativity in coming up with a no-cost incentive that resulted in seller acceptance of our initial offer. The purchase also went very smoothly with no surprises. We are very happy in our new home.
