Paul Whatley
As a Rockingham County resident, Paul has built both personal and professional connections across the Central Shenandoah Valley for more than a decade. It’s here that he met his wife Nichole, bought his first home, connected with his church, and began serving the non-profit community.
This deep connection inspired Paul’s career in real estate, and further fueled his desire to help homeowners build a future they can look forward to. He understands that buying, owning, and selling real estate is much more than a financial transaction – it’s a decision that impacts every aspect of your life.
When working with a homeowner, Paul first seeks to understand their personal goals. Then, he guides his clients towards informed decisions, putting them closer to their dreams without any additional stress or apprehension.
His philosophy of “Connect, Move, and Achieve” is more than just an approach to real estate. It’s a lifestyle.
When not working as a Harrisonburg VA realtor, you can find Paul coaching and cheering on his four kids, Owen, Reese, Becca, and Annie, in sports, as well as attending a variety of community events. He loves spending time at Smith Mountain Lake in the summer and hitting the slopes in the winter.
Paul serves as a member of his church board and on the board of various local nonprofits. He has a true passion for his community and knows that real estate isn’t just a numbers game – it’s about helping homeowners find a place that’s perfect for their next chapter in life.
